The Australian duo known as Knife Party revealed a preview for their first EP called 100% No Modern Talking, and they are giving it away to their fans for free! Knife Party exploded into the club scene earlier this year, but you may have already heard of this duo’s members, Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen, as members of the electronic rock band Pendulum. So far this year we have heard Knife Party’s huge collaboration with Swedish House Mafia on their latest track Antidote, as well as a remix Save The World. We also heard their remix of Nero’s track Crush On You as well as a collaboration with Skrillex called Zoology. Now we get 100% No Modern Talking, which has four huge original tracks that Knife Party has played at their live shows, including their huge hit Internet Friends. This track has been a huge crowd pleaser already, as it contains some pretty funny vocals and sounds over serious electro house beats and an awesome melody. The second track Destroy Them With Lazers is a fast-paced frenzy of lazers, and the only slow part of this track brings you right back into it with heavy bass. Tourniquet has more of a dubstep sound, but it still has that signature electro feel Knife Party is known for. Last but not least is the dubstep track Fire Hive, which some parts sound more like a foray into the new moombahton genre! Get ready for this awesome EP, and enjoy what Knife Party likes to call “seizure music!”
