[News] Video Interview with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Yves V and Regi at Miami Beach – 21.03.2012

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike

Getting more and more success over the last 3 years, the Belgian brothers Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have become unavoidable. In the beginning, Dimitri was a DJ, Mike a MC and then they decided to join forces and build an indivisible duo. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have distinguished themselves from other shows with unusual sets melding electronic music and old school hiphop music, releasing a peerless energy.

However, the lives of two brothers is not limited only to inflame the public. They are also two music producers and managers of their own label, Smash The House. Indeed, in collaboration with Spinnin Records for the distribution, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike are responsible for the overall management of their label and the selection of tracks they want to sign on Smash The House.

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have become two essential DJs & producers in the European music scene and particularly in Belgium through the good management provided by ID&T, the company powering the shows Sensation and Tomorrowland. In this regard, for the third consecutive year, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike produced the official anthem of Tomorrowland. This year, the anthem is called Phat Bram and they produced it alongside Steve Aoki and Angger Dimmas.

You also know the two brothers for tracks such as Momentum, Alarma, REJ, Madagascar and Tomorrow (Give In To The Night) and The Way We See The World along with Afrojack and Nervo’s sisters.

Each year, Miami Beach is the place to be during the month of March with events such as the Winter Music Conference, Miami Music Week and the Ultra Music Festival. House4DJ traveled from France to attend this unforgettable moment and cover as much as possible at all the parties. In Miami, we met up with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike together with the Belgians Yves V and Regi for an exclusive video interview the day after their party at Mokai Club with Nervo, Paul E, Yves V, Pedro Henriques and Digital Lab.
